Solarcity is back in track.
Contractors were forced to layoff workers, last week, because of late payments from Empire State Development.
Wednesday, a spokesperson for the project released a statement confirming over $82-million in state funding allocated for construction costs at Riverbend have been transferred and all invoices are paid in full.
In addition, officials say the project remains on-schedule, on-budget, and they expect everyone to be back on the job shortly.
