A building that has seen some turnover in recent years will soon become the next Anchor Bar franchise.
4300 Maple Road was most recently a Honey’s location and before that was a Fuddrucker’s. Now it’ll be the largest Anchor Bar location to date.
The 7,300-square foot space will seat 250 people and feature an outdoor patio as well as a private banquet room. Up until now, only the original Anchor Bar location on Main Street offered a private banquet space.
Business partners Ming Tran, Tom Tran and Jim Kaczmarek are opening the location. The three already operate two other businesses in the Buffalo area, including a restaurant and super market.
The new Anchor Bar is expected to open by mid- to late-June.
