Macy’s is closing its stores at both the Eastern Hills and McKinley malls.

On Wednesday, the company announced its closing the stores and 34 others across the country as part of a series of cost-cutting measures that will save the company $400 million.

The move comes after “disappointing 2015 sales and earnings performance.”

Seventy-five people work at the store at McKinley Mall and 80 people work at the Eastern Hills Mall.

Final clearance sales will be held at the stores starting Monday, January 11 and run for between 8-12 weeks.
