An affordable housing project in Genesee County is getting $12.2 million from the state’s Homes and Community Renewal funding program.
Big Tree Glen in Batavia is being co-developed by Conifer and United Memorial Medical Center to create 56 rental units in seven two-story buildings.
The funds for the project come from a Housing Trust Fund award, federal low-income housing credit, NYSERDA funds and a deferred developer fee.
