Buffalo's tallest building is getting a fresh coat of paint.
Crews were out painting portions of the One Seneca Tower black recently. The black paint covers the concrete facades located on the lower level.
Developer Douglas Jemal told The Buffalo News he wanted to give the One Seneca Tower a warm industrial feel.
Jemal also said he is looking for millennials to fill the 38-story building.
The apartments will be ready for tenants in three to four months. Space will also be available for various businesses.
