A new owner will be checking in at the front desk at Buffalo's biggest hotel Tuesday.

Buffalo Business First is reporting that Canadian investor Harry Stinson will be the new owner of the Adam's Mark Hotel.

Stinson is expected to meet with Visions Hotels Inc. Tuesday and make the deal official.

Both Stinson and Visions Hotels Inc. have been working on a deal since last summer, according to Buffalo Business First. The deal is said to be around $15 million dollars, Business First reports.

Stinson will begin to renovate the Adam's Mark in the fall. The hotel will be open during renovation.
