The Erie County District Attorney's Office announced that 51-year-old Saundra Adams plead guilty to first degree manslaughter in a 33 year old cold case.
Adams faces up to 25 years in prison when she is sentenced on November 6th.
On June 23rd, 1983, Adams and an unknown accomplice broke into a home on Hastings Avenue and allegedly strangled 92-year-old World War I veteran Edmund Schreiber to death.
