Olean police have arrested 36-year-old Mary Pat Erhart of Buffalo for selling Oxycodone pills and outstanding warrants.
Erhart was taken to the Olean police department and was booked for criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a controlled substance. Both charges are considered felonies.
Erhart will be arraigned at city court.
