Buffalo State stabbing suspect arrested

A suspect has been arrested in connection with a fight that occurred outside the Buffalo State campus Student Apartment Complex, injuring two students.

On Thursday, September 10 at 1:15 p.m., University Police apprehended Mohamed Kaba, 22, at his off-campus apartment.

A Buffalo State student from Yonkers, New York, Kaba will be charged with one count of first degree assault, two counts of burglary and one count of fourth degree criminal possession of a weapon.

He is currently in custody and will remain in lockup until he's arraigned.
