Buffalo snow hinders first responders

The National Weather Service reports that South Cheektowaga received some of the highest snow amounts during the "Snowvember" Lake Effect snow storm.

Side streets were choked with chest deep snow making travel by normal mean impossible.

So how do area first responders handle handle a simple first-aid request under these conditions?
