Buffalo Police are asking for the public's help locating a missing woman.Police say 47-year-old Alicia Rivas was last seen on March 15.She was wearing a Nike jacket and blue skinny jeans.Police say Rivas has brown eyes and orange-reddish hair.Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
