Buffalo Police are now investigating a deadly shooting in the city's Kensington-Bailey neighborhood.
Investigators say a 25-year-old man was shot to death on Thatcher Avenue near Kensington Avenue around 2:50, Monday afternoon.
The victim, we're told, died on the scene, he's been identified as Tevin Sapp of Buffalo.
No arrest has been made at this point.
