Buffalo police are investigating two overnight shootings - one on Wyoming Avenue, and one on Fay Street.
Just before 5:00 a.m., police responded to a call from the first block of Fay Street. Officers say someone shot at 34 year old woman while she was sitting in a car. She was taken to ECMC. Responders say her injuries are serious.
Then, at around 5:40 a.m., police say someone called to report another shooting in the 200 block of Wyoming Avenue. Responders found a 23 year old man, who had been shot multiple times, detectives say. The man was also brought to ECMC with serious injuries.
