Posted

Police have arrested a man accused of targeting two Buffalo banks within ten minutes of each other Monday afternoon.

Investigators caught up with 42 year-old Robert Stanley after they say the Buffalo man robbed one bank, and tried to rob a second location just minutes later.

Investigators say two separate banks on Elmwood Avenue were targeted.  No weapon was displayed in either incident.

Stanley was arrested around 3:30 Monday afternoon on the 200 block of Richmond Avenue by Central District Officers.

He's currently being held on several charges including, robbery and attempted robbery.
