Buffalo Homicide Squad detectives have charged two suspects in connection with the death of Rafael Martinez, 57, whosw body was found on Arnold Street, near Grant Street early Wednesday morning.
Kenneth M. Smith, 20 and Mahalia M. Guest, 20, both from Buffalo, have been charged with murder in the second degree.
Martinez's body was found a passerby around 8 a.m. Wednesday. There is no word on how he died or his connection to the suspects in this case.
