Buffalo police have arrested a suspect in connection with a Wednesday night stabbing in the 100 block of Deerfield Avenue.
The attack happened a little after 7pm.
Detectives arrested 18 year old Isiah Collins of Buffalo and charged him with assault, criminal possession of a weapon and false impersonation.
Detectives say that during a large fight on Deerfield, Collins stabbed a 20 year old Buffalo male.
Officers arrested the defendant a short time later and say they recovered a knife.
The 20 year old is listed in fair condition at ECMC.
A second victim, a 20 year old Buffalo male, was stabbed during the fight and is also listed in fair condition at ECMC.
