BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) - Workers who rode their bike to the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus gathered at the corner of Ellicott and Virginia Streets to celebrate National Bike to Work Day.
The medical campus highlighted the improvements they've make the campus more biker friendly, including newly painted crosswalks at Ellicott and Virginia and covered and locked bike storage. An additional 100 bike racks will be added to the medical campus this summer.
They also talked about the benefits of riding a bike to work for both yourself and the environment.
Coffee and breakfast was provided by The Grove and Caffeology.
