Erie County Sheriff deputies arrested Douglas Lukehart, a Buffalo News delivery person after receiving anonymous tips about him selling illegal drugs during his morning delivery route.
On November 26th, deputies pulled over a vehicle with Lukehart inside on Olean Road in the Town of Holland.
They searched the vehicle and discovered a bag of marijuana inside a stack of newspapers.
Lukehart was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, and several vehicle and traffic violations.
