Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown to run for fourth term

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) - Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown says he wants to continue helping the city build momentum.

Mayor Brown kicked off his re-election campaign on Monday at the Erie Community College City Campus, looking to win a fourth term as the mayor of Buffalo, which is something only the late Jimmy Griffin has done before.

While in office, Mayor Brown has focused on developing downtown Buffalo, improving residential areas, decreasing crime and cutting taxes. In his speech, he spoke about building on his record.
