A 31-year-old man is in critical condition after being shot in downtown Buffalo early Sunday morning.
Police say the man was shot around 3:30am outside of the vehicle he was driving in a parking lot at Chippewa and Pearl Street. The exact location remains under investigation.
The shooting was not random, according to police, who say the victim was targeted.
