The Erie County District Attorney's Office announced 20-year-old Russell Adams has been sentenced to 21 years in prison.
Adams pleaded guilty to manslaughter in the first degree in April.
In August of last year, Adams fatally shot 29-year-old Myron Kemp at the intersection of Grant and Breckenridge in Buffalo.
