A judge sentenced 22-year-old Michael Holley to 15 years in state prison followed by five years post-release supervision.
Back in July of 2015, Holley entered the home, carrying a shotgun, looking to confront his uncle.
While inside the house, Holley ultimately shot 54-year old Glendylyn (known as Marie) Kinnitt of Buffalo who was seated on the couch, killing her.
