A Buffalo man has been sentenced by a State Supreme Court Judge for shooting and killing a 55-year-old in January.
Thirty-nine-year-old Demario Washington was sentenced to 25 years in prison plus five years post-release supervision.
Prosecutors say Washington shot and killed Elroy Damidaux inside the victim's home on Curry Walk back on January 29th.
Washington pleaded guilty to manslaughter in June.
