A Buffalo man will spend up to 23 years behind bars for shooting and killing a man in 2015.
A judge sentenced 44-year-old Victor Irizarry on Wednesday to 23 years in prison and five years of post release supervision.
Irizarry shot and killed 28-year-old Nicholas Jozens in the abdomen back on September 12th near Clinton Street.
Irizarry pleaded guilty to Manslaughter earlier this year.
