A Buffalo man is facing up to 25 years behind bars for his role in a deadly barber shop shooting on September 1, 2015,
Luis Olivera-Arvelo also known as ‘Chino’ pleaded guilty to Manslaughter charges today.
'Chino" shot to death 29-year-old Juan Santiago inside of a barber shop located at 577 Niagara Street, Buffalo.
According to the Erie County District Attorney, the shooting appears to have been in retaliation to a threat the victim made ten minutes prior to the shooting.
Olivera-Arvelo is scheduled to be sentenced next month.
