Buffalo man indicted for deadly shooting in 2015

The Erie County District Attorney's Office announced the indictment of a Buffalo man allegedly involved in a deadly shooting in 2015.

27-year-old Cornelius Jones faces charges of 2nd Degree Murder and 2nd Degree Criminal Possession of a Weapon. 

According to the DA's Office, Jones shot and killed Dequan Griggs at a neighborhood block party on Montana Street back on July 5th of 2015. 

The Justice set bail at $125,000 cash or bond. Jones faces a maximum of 25 years to life in prison if convicted.
