A Buffalo man was found guilty of raping his sister-in-law in front of her 4-year-old son, in May of 2017.
The Erie County District Attorney's Office says a jury found Hu Sin guilty of 1st degree rape and 1st degree sexual abuse on Friday.
The 39-year-old faces up to 25 years in prison. He will be sentenced on July 2nd at 9:30 am.
