Police say a Buffalo man was an aggressor in a bar fight early Wednesday morning had a working stun gun on him.
According to authorities, 23-year-old Sean Trefethen was involved in a bar fight that first started inside the bar, but ended up out on the streets.
Trefethen allegedly had a stun gun on him. In New York, it is illegal to posses and or own a stun gun.
This is not the first time Breckenridge was convicted with an assault with a weapon back in 2011. Because of the conviction, the charges were increased to a felony.
