State police say a Buffalo man was driving drunk with a pregnant woman and a 4-year-old child in his car when he crashed on I-90.
Troopers say 37-year-old Demario Douglas crashed on the Exit 51W off ramp early Sunday morning. Douglas was arrested and police say his BAC was .14 percent.
Douglas is charged with felony DWI under Leandra's Law, endangering the welfare of a child and several vehicle and traffic violations.
Both the pregnant woman and the 4-year-old child were taken to Women and Children's Hospital to be evaluated.
Douglas is scheduled to reappear in the Town of Cheektowaga Court on June 30.
