The Erie County District Attorney's office announced that 19-year-old Isaaiha Rogers has been arraigned on an indictment charging him with second degree murder.
According to police, on June 12th, 2017, Rogers allegedly fatally shot 25-year-old Calvin Williams on Pries Avenue in Buffalo.
Rogers pleaded not guilty and was placed in jail without bail.
If convicted, the 19-year-old faces 25 years to life in prison.
