This Women's History Month, Buffalo is honoring women who have shaped America's history and the future.
Mayor Byron Brown recognized three honorees Monday morning during a Women's History Month celebration at City Hall.
The honorees include New York Lieutenant Governor Kathy Hochul, award-winning producer Jackie Albarella and the Radical Women's Night Out Committee.
The 2018 theme for National Women's History Month is "Nevertheless, She Persisted: Honoring Women Who Fight All Forms of Discrimination Against Women."
