High profile developer Rocco Termini is calling for the elimination of a sales tax in parts of Buffalo.
Termini tells Buffalo Business First he wants to create a tax-free zone in the Queen City. He says it could lure more retailers to open up shop.
Termini plans to meet with local and state lawmakers to push the idea.
No timetable has been set.
