Buffalo convenience store robbed early Monday

Buffalo police are looking for the suspect or suspects who robbed a popular convenience store on Elmwood Avenue and Bird Avenue early Monday morning.

Police tell 7 Eyewitness News that initial reports of an armed robbery came in around 2 a.m. at Cameron's 24 Hour Store, known locally for its "We Never Close" sign. A police department spokesperson said the suspect or suspects left the store with an "undisclosed amount of money."

No one was hurt in the robbery, and no arrests have been reported.
