The Buffalo Bills are teaming up with the United Way of Buffalo and Erie County to announce the creation of a program that focuses on developing a students character.

Quarterback Tyrod Taylor and Special Team Quality Control Coach Kathryn Smith will be at the event to unroll Character PlaybookTM, a program initiative aimed at helping middle school students develop healthy relationships.

Kathryn Smith became the first full-time female head coach in the history of the NFL earlier this year.

The event took place at ADPRO Sports Training Center at One Bills Drive, with 80 children in attendance for the event.
