The Buffalo Niagara International Airport is now officially the best medium sized airport in North America.
BNIA named number one in customer satisfaction by J.D. Power and Associates after an extensive survey of the flying public. The award was announced some time ago but the airport officially received the honor during ceremonies held today in Cheektowaga.
Buffalo scored best when it came to things like ease of parking, ease of going through security and food and beverage offerings for passengers. The airport handles just under 5 million passengers a year and almost half of those are Canadians.
