Buffalo has a 47 percent likelihood to have a white Christmas each year, with the highest December snowfall average of 27.4 inches, according to AccuWeather.com meteorologist Jim Andrews.
But Buffalo didn’t have the highest likelihood of a white Christmas. Minneapolis took the top spot with 77 percent, followed by Denver at 50 percent, Milwaukee at 47 percent, and Detroit at 47 percent.
