Out of 100 cities ranked, Buffalo was ranked 96th, just behind Las Vegas and ahead of only four cities: Cedar Rapids, Iowa; Providence, Rhode Island; Boston, Massachusetts; and Albany, New York.
The group behind this study says they survey people across the United States about their reading habits and beliefs about the bible. Nationally, 25 percent of people are considered "Bible Minded." In Buffalo, that number is about half, 13%.
