Lockport police arrested two men on charges of burglary.
On April 11th, investigators say 18-year old Kahil James and 20-year old Moziah Townsend broke into an apartment of Robinson Road.
Both suspects were looking to steal marijuana. The took off with several plastic bags, assuming there was marijuana inside. The bags turned out to be empty.
James was arraigned at the Town of Lockport Court on April 20, 2016 and released on his own recognizance.
Townsend was arraigned on April 21, 2016 at the Town of Lockport Court and remanded to Niagara County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail.
