Buffalo Police say the man who was shot near Broadway and Lathrop Street early Sunday morning has died.
32-year-old Kennedy Gadley was taken to Erie County Medical Center just before 1:30 a.m. Sunday for a serious gunshot wound.
This is the 15th homicide of the year.
