The Buffalo Police Department bomb squad has been called to the Regal movie theater on Elmwood Avenue.
A spokesman for the police department tells 7 Eyewitness News the bomb squad was called to check out a suspicious package outside of the theater. We're told traffic could be affected in the area.
It is unclear if the movie theater had to be evacuated.
