The body of a 17-year-old boy has been pulled from the Erie Canal in Orleans County.
Sheriff's deputies say a civilian reported seeing a body in the water on Monday. The body of Raymond L. Kingdollar was then recovered from the canal in the Town of Gaines.
Deputies say the teen was pronounced dead at the scene and was then taken to the Monroe County Medical Examiner's Office in Rochester. No cause of death has been released.
