New head coach Sean McDermott takes center stage in a new promotional video released this morning by the Buffalo Bills.
The 30-second video, "It Starts With ONE" is narrated by McDermott and ties back to the 'One Buffalo' brand, which links the Pegula's two professional sports franchises, the Bills and the Sabres.
"It starts with one. One team, one focus, one community," McDermott says as the video begins.
McDermott was named the 20th head coach of the team in January following the firing of Rex Ryan.
Since joining the franchise, the team has adopted the "one voice" mantra and made him the front man of the entire organization. He has had a hand in every single off-season move made by the team, which is now searching for a general manager after cutting ties with Doug Whaley last Sunday.
