Out with the old, and in with the new. Once again, there's a new Head Coach at One Bills Drive.
The Buffalo Bills have hired Carolina Panthers Defensive Coordinator Sean McDermott to lead the team.
"We've got a defensive-minded coach who has some experience in the Super Bowl so it's an improvement and I hope his leadership takes us all the way," said Peter Clancy, a Bills fan.
Fans are hoping McDermott can lead the team to the post-season, a place the Buffalo Bills haven't been in 17 years.
"We've got some stars so hopefully he can make them into a superstar so I don't know what they're going to do with the offense so we'll see," said another fan.
Joe Person is the Carolina Panthers beat reporter for the Charlotte Observer. He has known McDermott since college and covered him on the field and says McDermott is a no-nonsense businesslike coach.
"He's not going to be a guy who jokes around a lot, he's very business-like," said Person.
