Be kind: step away from the glitter and googly eyes

Kindness rocks are all the rage.  And while they are great for your spirits, they are not the best for nature.

The Erie County parks department has issued a request, "If leaving "kindness rocks" in our parks, please do not use glitter or decals (i.e. stickers, "googly eyes," etc.). They are harmful to wildlife."

So what can you use? Officials suggest sticking with paint or markers.
