A Batavia man was killed Saturday night after being struck by a vehicle in the city.
It happened around 7 p.m. at the corner Main and Bank streets. Police say Joseph Ogozaly, 58, was taken from the scene to a waiting Mercy Flight helicopter and flown to Strong Memorial Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
The investigation is still ongoing but police say the driver of the vehicle is not facing charges at this time.
