An intoxicated Batavia man was arrested Sunday afternoon after urinating in a public park.
Batavia Police say John W. Walsh, 32, of E. Main Street was seen urinating in Pringle Park while children were playing at the playground.
Police also found that Walsh had an open alcoholic beverage.
He was arraigned on three charges; possession of an open container, public lewdness and act in manner injurious to a child less than 17 years old.
He was remanded to the Genesee County Jail.
