Congestion on four highways after an accident where I-90 East and I-190 South meet has begun to clear.
The center lane was closed on I-90 East at the I-190 South interchange around 4 p.m., backing up traffic for miles on both highways as well as I-290 East and Rt. 33 East. It re-opened around 4:30 p.m.
The backup on I-190 South, I-90 East, I-290 East and Rt. 33 East have begun to alleviate.
