An ATV accident has taken a deadly turn in Genesee County.
Police say 51 year old Robert Boyce failed to negotiate a turn, causing his ATV to rollover off Hartshorn Road in East Pembroke Sunday night.
Boyce was taken to ECMC where he later died from his injuries.
The investigation continues, but police say it appears as though speed and alcohol may have played a factor in the crash.
