Attention all Pokemon Go enthusiasts: Don’t try to catch ‘em all while driving.

Luckily, the driver was not seriously injured. But police say it’s an example of how easily an accident can happen when your eyes aren’t on the road.

The AAA echoed that warning, urging drivers as well as pedestrians to use caution when playing the game.

“The problem comes when participants play while they’re driving or when they don’t pay attention to their surroundings while walking,” said AAA Western and Central New York President Anthony Spada.

Police have also had to warn Pokemon Go players to stay off private property and to stay out of closed parks. Around 75-100 teens were reminded about park closing times in Buffalo.

One woman sees the craze as a business opportunity. She’s offering to drive players around so they can catch Pokemon safely.
