A man is arrested on an assault charge following an incident at the Darien Lake Performing Arts Center last week.
The Genesee County Sheriff's Office says that 18 year old Nicholas Lotempio punched a man in the face during the "Chance the Rapper" concert last Wednesday.
Police say the victim suffered a fractured jaw.
Lotempio was arraigned in Darien Town Court yesterday, and is due back there on June 15.
